Last night was the worst night of my life. Spent the night watching someone I loved destroying them self with cocaine and alcohol. Cocaine leaves a long and brutal trail of human rights violations on it's way to the U.S. Once it gets here it continues to break people, mostly those fools who volunteer to wreck their own lives with it. Tonight is Soja at Key Club. One of my favorite bands. Can't wait. bought a food processor today. been eating a lot of raw food in 2009. Made a raw "scramble" today with almonds and sunflower seeds. about to make some coconut and flax pancakes now.

Expect to see me Saturday night in Hollywood for the Soja show at Key Club. If you're a reggae fanand not familiar with them you're really missing out. I think they're one of the best American reggae bands out there. I met them in Long Beach a few years ago and they were all great guys. Also, made a deal today for a photo shoot.
