Went to the farm aninal sanctuary today for Ani Phyo's raw food class. got her new dessert book and spent a lot of time talking to her. Ani was probably the nicest, realest, healthiest, and most humble person in Los Angeles. Animal Acres Farm and Lorri Houston were just awesome. I can't wait to visit again.

Expect to see me Saturday night in Hollywood for the Soja show at Key Club. If you're a reggae fanand not familiar with them you're really missing out.
